CABA Colorado Arabian Breeders Alliance
The Colorado Arabian Breeders Alliance was created to preserve the Arabian breed standard, improve breeding quality, address the decline in Arabian breeding, and expand the horizon for effective marketing. Awareness, experience, education, and research are key components in our endeavor to enhance public perception of the Arabian horse, encourage intelligent, quality breeding practices, and develop sound marketing strategies.
The Arabian Breeders Challenge Futurity and the Colorado-Bred Racing Arabian Program, both integral to the Alliance Mission, will offer an opportunity to showcase offspring produced by Arabian and Half-Arabian Breeders; and reward the fruits of their labor, foster an undeniable pride of ownership, and, finally, promote having fun in the show ring, on the racetrack, over the trails, or in the back yard. To these ends, CABA and its members are united and dedicated.
Stimulating breeding and reversing the trend of declining numbers of registered Purebred and Half Arabian horses; with an emphasis on education, breeding selection, showing, and, of course, the enjoyment of being proud Arabian breeders and owners.
Promoting and encouraging the breeding of quality Arabian race horses in Colorado; and increasing the value of Colorado-Bred Arabian race horses.
